After 3 days if taking the vitamins I chose, i felt a difference and on day 7, I am awake before my alarm. Thses vitamins are giving me clarity and energy boosts I never thought possible. I am working out and enjoying the feel of becoming healthier all around. The stress relief vitamin does wonders because even though I have stressors, my levels have been lower than normal these past few days!
