Amazing! I can tell the difference in myself with the mix that I got. Then being in a little Daily package has been perfect. I take a lot of medicine for auto immune diseases and this has made it so I feel refreshed a week and more alert daily. Because if they are in those gel dissolve things, my stomach has a chance to absorb before my ulcerative colitis eat them up and spit them out.
