HI Bwalya, Thanks for the feedback and WELCOME to mentorship. Yes, there truly are tons of great resources and opportunities for growth in mentorship. We have a great teaching faculty and team here at the JMT that work extremely hard to invest in everyone that they can in the best way that they can. The teaching and support calls are a great way to do that on a large scale while yet being as personal a possible. Bwalya, I know you expressed how blessed you are to be a part of the JMT but can I say that our faculty, staff, and team as a whole are blessed to have members like you all over the globe impacting our world and adding value to people every single day. Hi Dr. John, Thanks for the feedback. It is exciting to hear how you have gained "clarity and purpose" for your business. Here at the JMT we want to try and do all that we can to help you succeed as a JMTer. Having a great IMC event for our new members and for the returning alumni is one of the key components of that. I am always amazed at the stories of individuals that came to the IMC seeking direction for what's next either personally or professionally and at some point during the IMC it's as though the light switch is flipped and everything comes into focus. John, It would be my encouragement that you write down in details the new found clarity and purpose for your business and revisit it often to help keep you moving forward in all that you seek to achieve. Keep growing John and seeking to add value to people every single day. I look forward to hearing stories throughout the JMT of your continued success. Yours In Growth & Success Member Services

Hi John, Thanks for the feedback. How amazing it is when our expectations are exceeded. I love to say that, "Expectations for set to be exceeded." In the same way that we love it when our expectations are exceeded so do the people that you are leading and influencing in life both personally and professionally. It would be our dream that as JMTers go out each day impacting the leadership culture of our world that it would be in their perpetration and execution to exceed the expectations of the people they are influencing. John, we are excited that you are member of the JMT and I want to encourage you to go out and exceed someones expectations today. Keep growing and adding value to those around you. Hi Antoine, Thanks for the feed back. It is exciting to hear that you had such and amazing time at the IMC. Don't you just love it when something great happens to you unexpectedly. I can't tell you how many people I have heard share the same experience. What I have learned is that a life transformed is a life willing to embrace the right opportunity as they appear before them. Choosing to grow and develop as a leader is always the right choice and will continue to lead to further transformation in our lives both personally and professionally. Antonie, I want to encourage you to keep growing as a leader and to keep seizing the opportunities for transformation in your life. Yours In Growth & Success Member Services
