Great people, powerful value proposition

Getting out of my comfort zone. Joining the John Maxwell Team has forced me to get out of my comfort zone and create a growth plan. The important thing to know is that no one on the team has "forced" me to do anything, but rather encouraged me through challenges. I have become more self aware since joining the team, which is where the "force" comes in.

From the moment I entered the registration room to the final day everything was fantastic. It was evident that the John Maxwell Team paid special attention to every detail. I especially love the Yes desk that catered to whatever I requested, The event felt like a gathering with family who you knew for years but haven't seen for a while. We shared stories and there were no judgments, I will definitely be attending again!!
