If you are looking for good customer service and easy returns, this is NOT the company for you!
I am a loyal customer of Joffrey's. I have been purchasing coffee directly through their website for several years. I typically order in bulk to save on shipping cost since they charge over $15 in shipping fees. My most recent purchase was on July 31, 2026, when I purchased the incorrect type of coffee. I emailed Joffrey's immediately after placing the incorrect order to see if they could change my order. Joffrey's never responded. In the meantime, I received the incorrect order. I emailed them again on August 12, 2026 but this time to see if I could make an exchange for the correct coffee. I received an email back from Alicia Kalinowski (Senior Customer Service Coordinator). She approved the return. However, she refused to send me a prepaid shipping label. She explained that since it was not Joffrey's fault that I received the wrong coffee, they would not cover the shipping. I had no choice but to pay an additional $18.30 for shipping for 3/4 of the order since I had opened one of the packages and did not return it. I am extremely disappointed in Jeffrey's service considering they are a major vendor for Walt Disney World, where I discovered the coffee in the first place. Since this purchase, I have discovered that I can purchase Joffrey's coffee through Amazon with zero shipping cost without buying in bulk. If I decide to continue purchasing their coffee, I will no longer be ordering directly through their website.
