Joe McCall is the guy who figured out how to make real estate investing actually work. Known for flipping dirt instead of dealing with the headaches of houses, Joe’s all about keeping it simple, stress-free, and profitable. He’s a coach, author, podcaster, and all-around real estate nerd who’s helped thousands of people ditch the 9-to-5 grind and start living life on their own terms. With a knack for breaking down complex strategies into bite-sized, actionable steps, Joe’s the kind of mentor who’ll tell you to stop overthinking it and just make some offers already. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or someone who just Googled “how to make money in real estate” last night, Joe’s mission is to show you that flipping land isn’t rocket science—it’s just about taking action, making mistakes, and learning as you go.

I learned some value information this week during the flip dirt challenge. I reach out to realtors and buyers. I found my first potential deal and I will be making an offer! I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me. Thank you so much Joe & Gavin!

I have missed almost all of the zoom calls and expect to get to the replays soon however, can say that this is a well planned, laid out teaching method by Joe & team based on my 50+ years life experience & my slowness is my own tech challenges. I am happy to support others on their land journey.

We really appreciate your kind words about the course and how it’s laid out. And no worries at all on missing the Zoom calls — the replays are there for you to go through at your own pace. Tech hiccups happen to the best of us, and if you ever need help accessing anything, just reach out and we’ll gladly walk you through it. Love your attitude about supporting others too — we’re grateful to have you in the community!

I recently completed Joe’s 5 day flip dirt challenge and I must say, the content and delivery was concise yet impactful. The material was presented in a way that makes you believe anyone can actually make 6 figures flipping vacant lots. I am looking forward to apply his teachings in my flipping business!
