Hi Donna, Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration you've faced. We always aim for clarity and user satisfaction, and we regret that your experience did not reflect this. I think there may be a confusion - once you become a paid user, you will have unlimited access to your report. Your login link, however, expires after a certain time due to the security issue. We'll review how we can communicate this to ensure there are no misunderstanding. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to ensure we do better moving forward. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss or suggest, please let us know. Your insights help us improve. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,

Hi Manodenada, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it's so crucial for us to know where we can improve. I'm really sorry to hear that you felt the insights provided weren't worth the cost and that you found the marketing aspects to be excessive. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We're a small team and our goal is to offer personalized, useful advice, not just generic information. It seems like we might have missed the mark in your case, and for that, I sincerely apologize. As for the marketing messages, we're just trying to share information about the other resources and services we offer. However, I understand how this can be overwhelming or come off as excessive. We'll take your feedback on board and see how we can balance this better. If you'd be open to it, I'd love to personally assist you in making sure you get the value you paid for. Perhaps we could discuss your results further or find a way to make our service more valuable to you. Or, if you'd rather, we could discuss options for a partial refund based on your feedback. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and let's see how we can turn this situation around. Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed, but I appreciate you giving us the chance to improve our services. Best Regards,
