About Jobsity
Jobsity is a nearshore talent partner that builds software engineering, customer experience, and BPO teams for US companies. Our bilingual Latin American engineers and agents work in your time zone, fit your culture, and stay for the long term. We handle the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to HR, payroll, equipment, training, and upskilling, so you get fully supported team members, not one-time placements. Since 2012, we've partnered with more than 750 US companies and have a team of 800+ professionals across 20+ countries. Jobsity offers tech staffing and customer experience solutions in one partner.Jobsity is much more than a staffing agency that fills a seat and moves on. From the first conversation, we learn how your business runs and what you're planning to achieve. Then we build a custom solution for those needs instead of handing you an off-the-shelf package. Most clients come to us after trying the alternatives. Some worked with offshore vendors where the savings came at the cost of quality. Others hired onshore and spent too much budget on staffing. Clients stay with us because we provide quality and reliability. Every engineer and agent is highly vetted before you meet them, and all our workers are 100% bilingual, so you can trust them with your code and your customers.
