Egregious Bad-Faith Handling of Bond Claim
I am leaving Jet Insurance Company a 1-star review for egregious bad-faith handling of Bond Claim #9477. After Jet's own General Counsel admitted in writing to the California Department of Insurance that dealer principal GritHub LLC committed statutory fraud under CVC § 11713.18(a)(9) and validated an audited $2,450.00 loss, claims adjuster Daniel Golden established a strict October 14, 2026 cure deadline for the dealer to resolve the claim. Once GritHub defaulted on that deadline without offering a single dollar, Daniel Golden blatantly gaslighted me--using my scheduled back surgery recovery as a pretext to falsely claim "radio silence" and invent excuses to withhold the admitted $2,450 payout. Jet Insurance completely defaulted on its own established corporate guidelines and legal representations made to state regulators, showing a total lack of integrity and forcing ongoing court litigation.
