Thank you for bringing up this point. While we do work extensively to keep our jobs up to date, there are some roles that are still active but posted 30 days ago or more. While they might not be as appealing, if the position is a perfect fit then we highly suggest reaching out to the company and expressing your interest. If there are roles that you feel are "fake" please share that with us so that we can adjust our filters accordingly.

Thanks for the feedback. We are constantly working to improve our services, including how the resume matches each position. I appreciate that you took the time to fully review our version and find areas where we missed the mark and modified them accordingly. While we try to be perfect, a final review and adjustment by you is sometimes needed. If you want to cancel, you can do so easily through your account or simply email us and we'll do it for you.

Jasen, thanks for the feedback. There is a sort by date function on the job search results, there you can sort by date or by relevancy to the search query. Feel free to reach out directly and we can walk through it if necessary, [email protected]. And thank you for the positive feedback on our resume rewrites and other services, we obviously love hearing that!

Mark, thanks for the detailed feedback. We are aware of the expired job issue, and have a fix in development currently. As a patch to this, we offer an alternate way to find application paths if the one we suggested is showing as expired. Many times an employer will end their posting on a paid job board but it will still be on their career page. At the bottom of our job page (found by clicking the Resume/Job Report link in our emails) you'll see a link to search for the role elsewhere. Many times you'll find that the job is still open, just that the LinkedIn posting was removed, and you can apply directly. I hope that helps.

I'm sorry that you were passed over for that role. I do believe that the role you are meant to have is still out there and that we can help you identify it and land the interview.

Totally real, I promise! Real jobs, real processes to rebuild your resume, real research into each company, and real people behind all of it. If there is something that stands out to you that lead you to believe otherwise, I'd love to know about it. I'll follow up with an email.

I'm sorry you didn't get the report or confirmation. I'm going to email it to you shortly. You should be able to see it inside of your profile and you also would have received a report confirmation email with the resume attached.

Jesse, I'm sorry you've had this experience. I'm going to email you to try and modify your profile so that you do get served targeted opportunities in your area.
