Several parts of the same model came out with differences in thickness that I have not experienced in the past.

Thank you, Scott. We appriciate your review and you business.
Bad quoting software. Said free shipping and then they called and said they needed 300 more to ship it after the part was fabricated. Then they asked for shipping address but they still shipped it to my old address. Update: They reached out my and apologized and said they are working on updates. I have used them many times in the past without incident! Albeit I never used the sheertmetal service.

Hi Jay & Sue, thank you for providing your feedback. We're so sorry for your shipping experience. We have been actively working on ways to improve our shipping for our fabrication services.
All in all things went well. Only thing I was disappointed in was the colors of blue and red. They are so dark that in some light, they look like black. I was hoping for more distinction on the colors.
