I have gone ahead and requested our customer service specialist, Deb Cawley, to get in contact with you so you should be hearing from her in a few minutes. Just in case you don't see her mail, I did want to reply to you here as well. We are really sorry that you are not pleased with your experience. I did want to offer you some information which I think would help you out. We do have several teachers to choose from, so if you are not happy with the pace of the instructor you chose, I would be more than happy to help you find one who better suites your learning style and interests. Just write in and let us know what your interests are. [email protected] Guitar tablature and notation can be found on each lesson by clicking the "supplemental" content button below the video. This includes the option to download an image file of the notation, download a Guitar Pro file, or play the tab back in real time using our interactive tab tool. In many situations you will see backing tracks, chord charts and other useful materials in the supplemental content. If you are having problems with a lesson, you can use the A->B loop tool to loop a region of the lesson as many times as necessary, or hop into one of our live chats and ask one of our instructors to help you out. They are on webcam to serve you for 10 hours a day. If you find our product isn't for you, we would be happy to provide you with a refund. We strive really hard to provide our members with both a good educational experience, and a good customer service experience, and hope that you will reconsider your 1 star review.

We are not sure why you feel this way John. Our site is very straight-forward and transparent. You can create a free membership to check out our site and see what we're all about. If you want full access to everything we offer, then you'd need to upgrade to a paid membership.

Hi Denny, Thanks for writing in and leaving us your feedback. It is much appreciated. I'm very sorry to hear of your frustration and can certainly understand where you are coming from. In regards to your account, I believe I have all of your issues corrected and have sent you an e-mail from the address [email protected]. If you don't see it, please be sure to check your spam folder. I have added free time onto your account to compensate you for the time you have not been able to use your site. I did want to say that we do have customer service on the weekends, but it is by e-mail ([email protected]) instead of via phone, but if you would send us a letter we would be more than happy to help you out 7 days a week.
