You’re about to make one of the biggest, most important decisions of your life. Before you finalize the purchase of your new home, it’s crucial to consult with an experienced home inspector. Jamie Schaefer has been working for the needs of people just like you since 1989.Jamie got his start with 10 years at the nation’s largest home inspection franchise. He became the top home inspector at his office and soon began training many fellow inspectors.A love of teaching was sparked by this experience, and Jamie was certified as a home inspection teacher by the New York State Department of State. He took this experience and certification with him to Molloy College, where he taught home inspection for four years. Jamie has since moved his business to Wildwood (The Villages) Florida, and serves all of Central Florida, including the following counties: Sumter, Marion, Lake, Citrus, Pasco, Hernando, Orange, Levy and Pasco. Recently added Southwest Florida, including Sarasota and Charlotte Counties!Jamie’s ambitious nature also led him to assist homeowners in another way. He became a (now former) Certified Pest Control Applicator. Jamie came with a full understanding of why the inspection was ordered. And he used his immense experience to do the inspection exactly how it should be done.

Thanks for this great review Sir!
Jamie did a great job with our home inspection. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and informative. We had just reshingled our roof and needed a wind mitigation report to reduce our home insurance premiums. He delivered a very thorough report. Jamie will more than meet all your home inspection needs. You won't be disappointed!

Jamie provided a pre-drywall inspection for the home we are building. His review was thorough and included photos of everything he inspected. The report was provided the next day. We will definitely use him again for our final inspection for taking possession!

Thanks for your business, and thanks for this amazing review. Welcome to the neighborhood.
Jamie performed the inspection on a home we are purchasing. He did a home, termite and pool inspection. Pricing was clear and upfront as was the explanation of each inspection. Scheduling was immediate and he was on time. The inspections were thorough and he made sure we felt comfortable to contact him with any questions. We received a thorough and detailed report in 24 hours. Would recommend Jamie if you are in need of an inspection.
