The team at Jade is assisting us with our brand repositioning in the hospitality industry to capture more of an upscale luxury niche. Their research and insights are next to none and I'm happy to have them on our project. I recommend them to anyone

I am a clean beauty brand founder and was seeking further advice to set up my brand prior to launching it. Not many agencies catered to the audience niche I was going after, and I couldn't really afford the large price tags of a large agency that wouldn't cater to my needs anyway??? Luckily I found Jade and got in touch with Ava..They carefully reviewed our brand positioning, examined our audiences to see the strengths and limitations of our approach. She's very thoughtful, insightful and pays a lot of attention to detail. They really do the marketing research leg work to prevent you making costly mistakes. Ava also has such a creative eye and was able to advice us on brand repositioning strategies, and brand guidelines and colors, though it wasn't included in our package and she really did not have to.That was really sweet. Their services are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and I found their marketing insights really valuable for my niche and product, so I 100% recommend for boutique businesses like myself.
