I bought a juki 1541S from jacksew. Was shipped in a good amount of time and no cost shopping was great. I did have issues with it being out of time and needle not dropping far enough. My first machine so had no idea what was wrong. Moe their technician did a zoom call with me and he walked me thru how to fix it. It was very easy honestly. Works like a champ and glad I bought from jacksew. Thanks for the help Moe much appreciated.

I ordered the juki hook assembly, and received exactly what I needed! Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the piece was great quality. I'm a happy customer!

Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Just cant say enough positive things here. Forget the others (goldstar is terrible) and go here first. Bryan
