Jack Life InsuranceReviews of jacklifeinsurance.com

I was promised a refund and kept getting the run around and eventually they stopped responding. I have the emails that I'm now submitting to the Attorney General to hold them accountable for scamming people. Then turn around and keep running ads to do it to other people.

This agency seems to be built on selling newly recruited remote-agents overpriced and/or bogus lead data while favoring their in-house agents with their best leads. I purchased multiple weekly lead orders with most of them (85+%) turning out to be complete duds. There were wrong phone numbers, people who were NOT really interested in insurance or completely incorrect client data altogether. The founder ("Prince" Donnell Morris) has great charisma and is indeed very knowledgeable about insurance + finance, but he habitually uses these traits to over-sell the opportunity at his agency and the quality of his lead sources whether self-generated or otherwise. I do believe that the team wholehearted believes in what there are doing to assist clients. Perhaps as they work through their "growing pains" as an agency, these issues will be resolved.

Worse leads investment ever!!!! 😡 Spent $1300 on 30 leads and all leads were completely useless. Some leads were bad numbers and bad demographics, I was able to get those bad dead leads replaced at least. However I was never able to connect with any of the leads neither by phone or text using multiple touch points and strategies. I was finally able to connect with four leads which proved that the marketing demographics used by JackLife was completely disconnected which lead to bad leads that couldn't afford the million dollar IUL ads they were served. Jack Life needs to use better lead targeting and some level of verification....
