Never had an problems with them, not always easy to get hold of them, the music choices are good and easy to download.

it is not possible to transfer the songs to Apple music. I've paid a lot of money for them

So buggy, so many time my downloads are getting duplicated and its a mess to set the records back in order. Unacceptable to the company of such high standards.

So hard to use won't even sync on my phone

It's ok, but expensive

Lots of great music, but unfortunately if things mess up or you get locked out it is super hard to get back in. Wish it was more of an open platform
