The customer service is so poor that it is non existent. Tried to contact them by email. They claim a 24 to 48 hour window delay to get back to me to you but it has been 8 days. Must be real busy answering complaints. Do not buy from them. The weed trimmer box was broken and missing parts galore. As of today 5/9/2026 they claim to have sent me a package but it never showed up. Sent two emails to them and still have had no contact with their customer service. They give no phone number to call them, I wonder why? Unbelieveable.

After contacting itoolmax multiple times, getting zero response, (even tho they advertise great customer service!), they finally replied after I wrote a bad review. They said they’d replace the battery OR the charger….but never did. Could be great product, but only works for one use or 2 at most. Horrible, the worst I’ve ever encountered with response and doing what they say they will. If your yard tool doesn’t hold a charge, how do you know if it’s the battery or the charger? They said they would send one or the other, but I had to let them know which one. When I finally just gave up and said to send me the charger, I got no response and no charger as promised. do not waste your money. I spent $249 for a yard tool I got to use ONE time.

It is a total nightmare dealing with this place! I ordered the snow shovel in late December, 2025. I contacted them SEVERAL TIMES. I still haven't received it. I finally got fed up and I called my credit card to get over $200 the stupid thing cost me. Now they're telling me that I can't get my money back. WTF!! I will never buy a screwdriver from this place. They're a joke!!!

Beware! This company is advertising goods on Facebook which you can order, But then they send you an inferior product. This happened to me with a walking stick with foldable seat which on Facebook clearly shows a height adjustable mechanism but the item received is a permanent non-adjusting height, not what I was expecting or needed. Having emailed the company, all has gone quiet Scammers!

I’ve had the same experience as many of the reviews. I placed an order, my credit card was charged and then nothing, I have tried to contact the company twice with no response. Update: the “company” contacted me and gave me a bogus tracking number. I will be filing a complaint.

Return Policy Not Honored – Had to Dispute Charge “I ordered a snow shovel from iToolMax and had concerns immediately upon opening the package. The item arrived loosely packed with no internal packaging securing the parts. I contacted customer service the same day I received it to ask if the item had been used. I was told it was new and was offered a 20% discount — which was never actually issued. Within the 30-day return window, I requested a return multiple times and received no response. After I followed up again, I was asked to provide photos before they would ‘determine’ if I qualified for a return — even though this requirement is not stated in their return policy. After additional delays, I was told I could not return the item and was instead offered a 30% refund to keep it. At no point did the company provide return authorization despite their stated 30-day return policy. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and the case was resolved in my favor. Based on my experience, customer service was responsive before purchase but unresponsive and unhelpful once an issue was reported. Buyers should be aware of the difficulty in obtaining a return or refund.”

Order placed on March 9. Received no reply on shipping status or shipping date after waiting two weeks to question. They took my money but can't communicate. The credit card company refunded my money. Very poor company to deal with. Do not buy from them.

Where should I even begin? It took them a long time to send out the equipment. When I complained they begged for me to give it a few days. Against better judgement I listened and what a disappointment that was. I was given the wrong machine. Customer service was non responsive until I disputed the transaction. Even then they delayed responding. They lied about giving me the correct machine and had no accountability. After it was all said and done, they attempted to offer me 20% off to keep the machine as they said was more than fair. Meanwhile, I was given the wrong equipment which didn’t work. I can’t in good faith recommend this company. And based on the low score, I see that I’m not the only one who’s had issues.
