These are not GPS in any way; they are barely Bluetooth. The whole thing is a fraud, and they are worthless. Order ID: 13572C28F9 seems to have been shipped on a slow boat from China. And I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. The app is not even a good fake. Stay a way from itagpro.com

Similar to other reviewers, I had a very bad experience with ordering and dealing with this company. It took over three months to get a 70% refund. Similar other reviewers, I experienced them adding items onto my order that I did not specify. They accomplished this through a very confusing ordering experience which rapidly changes the page that you thought you were ordering from. Their customer service switches you to a new new individual each time you re-contact them; there is no continuity and you are given a new case number each time. I asked for a full refund, it's settled for 70%, because it just became a ludicrous situation and a huge additional waste of time. I did not use their trackers, because I did not want to download their software.

Buyer beware, I ordered the tag in March 2026, slight issue with the loading of my address (different country) so I contacted them to advise, told it was okay and the tag would be resent to my correct address, waited and waited, have continually contacted them with their sweet reply’s and nothing is a problem, yet I’m still seeking my tag after months of contacting them. I’m now told it’s over the 30 days so nothing can be done and they’ve stopped contact with me. I believe they lead you along letting you know it’s on its way then once you hit the time frame they make the excuse it’s over 30 days, good bye customer, good bye to my money! Do not trust this company!!! Phone number goes to a Financial Company!

I ordered 2 iTagPros, they took 10 days to arrive, the app was in Mandarin and the trackers would not pair with the iPhone. Totally not fit for purpose. I contacted the company saying I wanted a refund, after being offered 25% refund of the total I paid £90, I said I was t happy, they eventually offered 70% and I didn't need to send them back. The money did go back into my account after 3 days. I would not recommend this product and I have no idea why it comes up as number 1 when you google trackers. Scam. Do not buy.

I tried ITAGPro for a few weeks. Delivery and packaging were okay, but the results didn’t match my expectations. Hoping for better improvements in the future.
