They are terrible. I access their surveys through a couple different survey sites. They give you the same repetitive qualifying questions which respond slowly, and are mostly irrelevant to whatever survey you might get served up. Having said that, you usually waste at least 5-10 minutes only to be excluded. Very rarely, do you get to the end of a survey and actually get compensated.

Basically a scam website/company designed to make you fill out a huge survey form (supposedly to fine tune the jobs that would be best for you) in order to qualify for mystery shopper jobs near you. After nearly an hour of answering endless questions (a survey in disguise obviously) about me I was finally given the go ahead to search for jobs local to me (North East of England) and after endless glitches and website errors (professional, ay?!) I got onto the "opportunities" page, basically the nearest job to me was Chennai in India over 5000 miles away and it only paid $5 which is next to zero!!! TOTAL SCAM, AVOID!

Absolute unprofessionell staff - our office was bombarded with phone calls regarding a participation in a study. The employees don't talke no for an answer. After the phone was hung up on them, a private number called our office and the person on the other line anonymously insulted our staff. Incredibly mature. Within the EU institutions, IPSOS already has a bad reputation. IPSOS advertises that they regularly work with the European Commission, the Parliament and other big players in the political sphere. However, the level of professionalism is non-existant, thus, I advise everyone to abstain from taking part in an IPSOS study, and, to be on the safe side, abstain from talking to the staff at all.

These people ring your bell to tell you they're delivering a letter to you. Then it turns out the letter isn't really for you, it's their letter they want to give to you, so they can use you for a survey (you haven't requested). Total scam mongers. Send them on their way.

If this is market research / online surveys it is no use wasting time over as always screen you out between 15 - 85% of completed survey. I have attempted to contact the Market Research institute about them but get no reply so I guess they are all in the scam together.

This company attempts to present itself as a respectable market research company, but they are nothing but serial pests, calling at all hours. They know nothing about the person or organisation they are calling, and are a total waste of time. Given the number of people and organisations that have blocked further calls, and their general tactics, I cannot see how any of their so-called research can be relied on.

Awful survey company. I spent a couple of hours answering surveys only to be told I didn't meet their criteria and my account was deactivated before I could even earn the $5 to request a payment. Emailed them multiple times and got conflicting answers from different people I corresponded with. Don't waste your time on this scam. There are other, honest survey sites out there.
