Update: Just sent me a check for the whole item! They have definitely redeemed themselves!!! Best customer service ever! Worst company ever! I was missing parts and they refused to replace them. They said I was past 90 days. I couldn’t put it up when I bought it because it was snowing. I should have opened the box to make sure everything was there.
