The work is physically demanding for low pay and little reward. You are basically exerting yourself for hours on end. Lack of management knowledge, some of the managers always don't know what to do when problems happened. Rare opportunity for promotions, some employees there for years and never granted the opportunity for growth. If you are an ambitious and driven person, you will most likely leave after a few years.
