Inszoneins aquired Coriano Insurance in AZ recently...what a disaster. Before, I would get a response with a day at most, but now if I am lucky, I'll get a response in a week. It gets worse!! Don't do it....look for another broker with excellent reviews and feedback. None of these services are cheap, so EXPECT MORE, DEMAND MORE for your hard earned money.

Terrible customer service. I tried to get a revised quote on an existing policy. Communication was bad with my agent. Eventhough I wanted a different agent, the reception kept transferring me to him. I was told a few times I would get a call back from his supervisor. It Never happened! Im cancelling my policy. But they don't answer the phone.

Hope you don't need a quote in a timely manner. GL documents for customers. Example received this more email after days of trying to get a cert. 7 more days before another response. Good Morning Sally, I apologize for the unpleasant experience and the delay. I am here to assist you, and I can get the certificate sent out to you today. May you tell me who is requesting the Certificate, or send me the request you have received? Thank you!
