Registering product was user friendly, submitting a claim was easy and when I accidentally submitted two claims, it was easy to have the second one cancelled!

Oh, yeah, it was just fantastic how they protected my device. I mean, I've been using it for a whole year, and only one device broke. But guess what? Filing a claim was such a breeze!
