I searched around for the right person…
I searched around for the right person to inspect my first time home. Based on her recommendation that a friend gave me, I called Inspect and Detect Home Inspections,LLC in Rhode Island. Jim, the owner, answered right away and scheduled me a full computerized home inspection within two days. He was able to do that because I told him the closing was only five days away. The inspection was incredibly complete, and I could not be happier. Jim is completely licensed and insured and his demeanor alone gave me great comfort. I highly recommend him. In fact, I have, and everyone has thanked me. So, hire Inspect & Detect Home Inspections.
