Allyn was great! He was friendly and educated me on the issue we were having with wasps. He explained what he was going to do to remedy the problem, took care of it and informed me once he was finished. I've said it before, but I truly love this company!!

I have been a client of Richmond BC-based Insight Pest Solutions for 1.5 years. I highly recommend them. The service is outstanding and if problems arise in between the regular scheduled visits, they are on it. Last week, I was home when Brian Mohr came by to address a concern regarding ants on the patio. He was great! Explained everything he was going to do and then proceeded as explained. Then, he came back and explained what he had observed and offered other helpful recommendations. I appreciated all this but most of all, I appreciate the ant-free patio. Thanks, Brian!!
