Returned a book to them, still no refund issued after almost one week after they received the book. Contacted them by email twice - no answer to the 1st email, then got a reply that didn't answer my question but about the refund. When calling customer service they tell you to contact them per email.

This company has consistently produced a wide range of interesting titles on all manner of esoteric matters. Of especial note is their commitment to making the Italian Traditionalist Julius Evola available to English-speaking readers.
