I was in the market for an engagement rign and had gone to a few larger stores in the area. I became frustrated quickly at the other stores who told me certain things were unavailable and then pressured me into putting a ring on layaway to "hold" it before leaving the store. Indy Facets was such a different experience and I am so glad I set up an appointment with them. They worked very hard to get me examples of everything I asked for and we designed the most beautiful ring. They even worked with me on overall pricing and payment. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I came to Indy Facets with some heirloom pieces and vague ideas of what I wanted to do with them. They created two very different, beautiful designs that exceeded my expectations. One piece was a gift with a great deal of meaning behind it. It wowed! The other piece was for me. Everyone who sees it is jealous. The process was cooperative, collaborative, and fun! Their communication was good; they fully explained the process to me; and kept me informed every step of the way. And, not only did they not flinch when I told them my conservative budget, but they recommend ways to save money! I can recommend Indy Facets without reservation.
