The company is not complying with the laws governing the use of IT services. This provider persistently sent spam emails from Rahul's email address and has not responded to repeated and detailed requests to stop. Anyone who disregards the laws governing the use of IT services is also not adhering to agreements for the provision of IT services. Allowing such a person anywhere near IT is grossly negligent.

They send spam messages to SEO companies telling them that their JSON-LD has not been validated. Why would an SEO company want to deal with such a clumsy approach?
