bought my license and paid with paypal and there says instand delivery so i get nothing but they get my money and even no one answer to my email i sent

I made a purchase of "PRODUCT EXTRACTOR" But when applying the code it says "Licence expired or you need to update version". However, when downloading, my windows recognizes it as a virus and when I try to install it, it says that it needs authorization from the supplier.

I have purchased this a while back and have NOT been able to use it..i have asked for help more than once..plzzzz isnt there some way u can help..i DO have my code ..but where do i put it..
