product is still not usable , i have the latest version,, redownloaded it and still does work

My so called lifetime license keeps running out. I this is crazy. I complained when it stopped after the change over to MicroSak. Please fix it once and forall im tired of getting the run around especially when the links to contact dont work.

I paid for subscription and did not receive my license code for activation.

Very dissapointed, the system went down last week, we were asked to submit proof of payment to reactivate which i did, but still not working, i have chased asking when it wil be working again and no response. As my annual subscription runs out in the middle of feb it thought it would be easier to just renew early and lose a few days, but that failed as well, the paypal bit worked but when returned to imvuksa to complete the purchase it failed.

I paid for a 1 yr subsciption that stopped working after 6 months

The purchased product does not work and the website is not active

Will not Work on MAC will request a refund.
