I want my money back!
I want my money back! This is a ill-designed Website, which makes many assumptions about the user, All those assumptions are without foundation. I don't see how this Website got going. Or how it convinced GEICO to recommend it. I want my money back! First red flag, pay before the course starts. Who does that? I want my money back! Second red flag, after accepting payment, a link appears to go to what was purchased. That link does NOT work, See attachments geico005 and geico006 - (these were shared with the "business" not capable here). I want my money back. Eventually I got to the Website, started (better yet stumbled into) the course. at one point it clearly states to click a button. There is NO such button. See attachment geico006c and geico007. Invoking "help" and I get told that I need to reboot the system and go back to a chapter. Chapter? What is a chapter? Where did that term come up, who assumed that I knew one chapter from another. Tried that all my work is gone. I want my money back! This Website is ill-designed and it infers that people that use it are testing it and making it better. What a mess it is. I deserve my money back! After contacting the "business", this message was returned. Any wonder why they are busy? ----------------- Thank you for contacting IMPROVLearning!
