We had a consistently poor experience…
We had a consistently poor experience with ImprintID and ultimately closed our account. Across multiple orders, we dealt with incorrect items, stock issues discovered after payment/proof approval, confusing invoices, proofing errors, broken approval links, missed or unclear tracking information, and in-hand dates that did not match prior confirmations. The biggest issue was accountability. When their mistakes created customer-facing problems, they often pushed the burden back onto us instead of taking ownership. We no longer trust them with our clients’ brands.
