Their ai model refuses to edit the image I submitted and the customer service said its problaby because the image has too much exposed skin... It is not a sexual image at all. This restriction should not exist.

Their product was entireley broken for two months (and actually got worse). They told me it was being fixed and never actually fixed it. I asked for a refund, they ignored me, asked again, they ignored me, and finally, they said they were "waiting on Google" (as a technical person, this doesn't even make sense) and gave me an odd partial refund for one month and no other refund for the other. Avoid this company at all costs.
