They are completely useless and they stuffed up the paperwork of an account change now they have my clients money and now refuse to give it back. They are not even willing to contact me to sort it out I have called them 40 times over the last month all I get is sorry to hear

The machine has a cash facility that is easy for a person to reverse a card transaction to cash. Some call center agents don't even know how to disable this cash function and this function is just disabled, not removed. Also there is no security pin to change settings, so anyone can make changes. The machine lacks security, and I was advised to let only trusted Staff work with the machine

They make updating your details and cancelling your account more complicated than it should be, requiring long pdf forms to be completed, after making you wait for days, before processing your request. Email, password and OTP should be sufficient, not ID number and other private details on PDF.
