Ignis ProductsReviews of ignisproducts.com

Nice looking product, but customer service is nonexistent. Literally—I can’t get anyone to return my calls or respond to my emails.

Our Ignis electric fireplace is stunning and less than 1 yr old. Fireplace stopped working 3 months ago. We submitted warranty forms properly. No response. Hired an attorney who sent out a first letter. No response. Then certified ~ no response. Only requesting a clicker replacement since apparently we have a defective remote. No response. Call them and they no longer respond. Their customer service is null and void. Would not recommend purchasing from Ignis due to their non responsiveness. And all we need is a remote replacement!

We had a safety issue with our fireplace, and Ignis promised us a year ago to replace the burners, which were ruined and they have so far failed to send us the burners.
