When it comes to specific branded products, price and postage paid or are the two top criteria in choosing from whom to order. You prices on products I order are higher than several of your competitors. Off hand, I don't recall if you pay postage or not. Even if your price is the same (or even a tad lower), postage paid makes a difference.

I played extra to ship in 3-5 days and it took over a week. I also had to call and check on it and it still hadn't shipped. I appears that you also charged more for 2.day air.;
