great customer service

Sofia from customer service was friendly, prompt, and helpful! So far my experience with Icons of Manhattan has been a great one.

Sofia had excellent customer service skills. She was able to help with my request in a timely fashion. Thank you!!

Simon helped me a lot

The communication was swift and effective; I sincerely hope to always connect with the relevant party on the other end of the phone regarding these matters.

Great service! Fast delivery. Quality product.

Mel in Cust. Svc. got back to me right away, providing a detailed explanation with a photo regarding the height adjustment which is on the same lever as the tilt. I LOVE my new chair, when I sit on it all day it's already improved my lumbar support & similar to a 0 gravity feel in the seat by the way it was designed. Kudos to Mel & Icons of Manhattan team!

We had an obscure request from an order over 2 years old and Mel happily and quickly dug up the info we needed. Amazing!!
