IbblueprintIBBlueprint is investment banking interview and recruiting preparation, built by former bankers. Our founder, Kai, is ex-Goldman Sachs and ran real first-round interviews, so the programme is built from the hiring side of the table. We work with students, graduates and career changers who want to break into investment banking, especially candidates without the pedigree or the network: non-target schools, international students and people switching careers. Our programme, The Break-In Blueprint, has no tiers. Every candidate gets unlimited 1:1 coaching and live mock interviews with ex-bankers, a personalised week-by-week Plan of Attack, a line-by-line rebuild of their CV, cover letter and LinkedIn, done-with-you networking with a live CRM, and technical and behavioural training to fluency in accounting, valuation, DCF, M&A and LBOs. Members also get the Superday Dojo drilling app, a Firm Databank of real previously asked interview questions, a job finder and application tracker, and a resource vault. We cap each recruiting cycle at 20 candidates, because unlimited coaching is only an honest promise when the room is small. That means we turn people away.No one can promise you a job, an interview or an offer; firms make every hiring decision. What we control is your preparation. The programme comes with our Break-In Guarantee, a conditional money-back guarantee: do the work, and if you don't land the role, you get your money back. Terms and conditions apply: ibblueprint.com/guarantee.Every candidate starts with a free, no-obligation 1:1 assessment with an ex-banker, and you keep the written feedback whatever you decide. Book yours at ibblueprint.com.

I’d say the biggest thing that helped me was the support - did all the content and that really helped but being able to ask any question or type of advice from the team there definitely made it possible to get the intern offers I did. Thanks again team!
