HydroflsakReviews of hydroflsak.com

Overrated! I thought this could of hold on hot liquid longer but it turns out it can’t. Sigh. I bought the item because of the lid, it’s known to last long because of the design but I still the inability to hold hot liquid longer is a bit of a disappointment.

I’d rate it as a zero if I could. I thought I was ordering from hydro flask but they very conveniently switched up a few letters to trick you (hydroflsak) not only did I get 2 knock off products, the customer service is a joke. Straws are too long, they said to cut them... ok, I can handle that. One lid doesn’t even work, defective and can’t even suck through it, just get air when I tried, must be a hole in it. Used one hydro flask for one day, ice melted after just a couple of hours. I decided after bantering back and forth with non-helpful customer service that I would just return the items. They said no, it would take too long for shipping and return expense is on me. They will offer partial refund if I keep them. We will see. I’m definitely not impressed with this scamming company.

Product is a knock off. Poor quality, not thermal insulated, there is a fake hydroflask stamp on front but nothing on the bottom like the true hydroflask style. The ombre design I ordered was spray painted on and botched upon arrival. When compared side by side with my hydroflask, this is clearly a knock off and a terrible attempt at best. Do not do it.
