Hy-VeeReviews of hy-vee.com

Maybe if Hy-Vee wouldn’t spend so much money on races and concerts they could afford to lower prices on groceries and staff the stores! But having the biggest concert in Iowa is prestigious. It’s great that we as shoppers get to pay for the top management to bask in the glory of their fun spending at our expense.

4 times my wife said lets go to hyvee for the daily specials, get there, oops sorry we ran out, thats 4 times that has happened, shame on me wont happen again,

Not as good prices as expected maybe on their weekly flyers but they are more expensive on alot of products. You have to compare with your local stores,

I've been going to Hy-vee stores since I was a child. It use to be great, now going way down hill. They need to fix the website, I've emailed them multiple times and they are too incompetent for the basic fix. They switched my city so that I can't get relevant deals and pricing, (and they keep switching it to a city I have never been to!) I couldn't even order groceries if I wanted to. I've seen employee's being reprimanded while they were trying to help me (a paying customer!) I have fond childhood memories of my grandpa taking us kids to Hyvee for sunday breakfast, never had a problem in the city. Moved to a small town, use to do all my shopping at hyvee, now I stray away. Pallets left in the middle of the aisles, cashiers don't know how to ring up water correctly, it's not that hard. I've worked in grocery and cashier, hell, I still face shelves when I shop out of habit, it's really not difficult. They need an overhaul. I'm no longer impressed with the franchise.

1st-time user (order#15790582) ordered 19 items for $48.93 waited for 7 hrs only to find out my order was delivered somewhere? Well, it was'nt delivered to me. Was informed this happens quite frequently, fulfillment store Hyvee#1 and was told they would send out the order in the am was also informed this happens quite frequently. Door dash arrived but they were only given 4 items. The next Day, Again contacted Fulfillment Store Hyvee#1 spoke to a person who was very helpful. She immediately re-shopped my order and had it sent out. Kudos to Karla! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I give her 5-STARS Not sure if I will use this service again, maybe a simple verification ?your phone# would help prevent delivery to wrong person Door Dash

I used aisles online for 1st time & certainly not happy with results. I ordered 50 items & a lot from bakery. My receipt indicated it was $30 less than what I was quoted. I checked the breads & they looked like twisted hard knots. The young man helping me said he asked bakery dept. if these were ok & they said yes. I wouldn't have expected my dog to eat them. I had to go back in store & was given a credit back. Couple of other items were wrong too. Not good impression!
