What a scam. Bought two “indestructible” dog toys which were given and destroyed in under five minutes. My dogs are not Great Danes but two tiny Bichon frise, When I asked for a refund they refused, don’t buy from them.

Bought an "immortal indesctructable" dog chew toy that wasn't cheap. It lasted less than 5 minutes (the Aldi ones last at least a week). Raised it with them, but they refused a refund and also refuted that it was false advertising. There's no information about the company on their website, no country, no address, no registered owners - it's untraceable. The website is registered in Iceland, but it seems to be chinese drop-shipping company. They ignore consumer law, and their warranty isn't worth the web-site page it's written on. In their terms and conditions they even are as bold as to state: "We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected." This by itself is a breach of UK consumer law, which requires at least that any goods or services are as described and fit for the purpose for which they are sold. (Note that a company cannot legally waive consumer rights in their terms and conditions, and doing so constitutes an unfair contract term.)
