Thank you for the feedback — and for seeing the value in what we’re building. I want to clarify the timeline and also address the concern directly. This order was placed Thursday the 11th at 10:00 PM with Standard (not expedited) shipping. As noted on our site orders typically take 1–2 business days to process, followed by 3–5 business days in transit with UPS or FedEx, depending on location. We also note that time-sensitive orders should reach out before checkout. In this case, the order was shipped on Saturday the 13th, which is within that window. That said, we understand how an “arrives by” date can feel like a firm promise rather than an estimate. That’s something we’re actively reviewing so expectations are clearer and there’s no room for misinterpretation—especially for corporate or deadline-driven orders. We take your trust seriously and appreciate being held accountable. Feedback like this helps us tighten the experience and continue improving our service.

This genuinely made our day — thank you! Knowing we could help you reconnect with the Caribbean brands and flavors you love, especially ones you hadn't tasted in over 20 years, is exactly why we do what we do. We're so glad the products and delivery met your expectations, and we're honored that you've already been spreading the word to your family. That means the world to us. Welcome to the HOBB family — we'll keep working hard to bring the taste of home to your door!
