I was concerned that I will not get good qualified leads and pay a lot of money. After the training, I feel a lot better.

Simple and helpful real estate viewing
This is a clean, professional, and well-organized real estate website. The homepage is simple, with clear sections for searching homes, getting pre-approved, and checking home values. The "call-to-action" buttons stand out, making it easy to know what to do next. The site also builds trust by featuring its agents, highlighting accessibility, and including full contact details in the footer.
That said, compared to major platforms like Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com, HouseJet feels more limited in functionality. It doesn't appear to have an interactive map or robust search filters for price, bedrooms, or property type--features most users expect. The listings themselves are somewhat basic, showing fewer photos and less detail, and tools like mortgage calculators or saved searches seem to the missing. It's also unclear what benefits come with creating an account with HouseJet.
Overall, this is a simple site that's easy to navigate, but it could greatly improve user experience by adding an interactive map, stronger filtering options, richer listing details, and better account features to match the convenience offered by larger real estate websites.

Great support and tech
Everything is smooth so far and it's a all-in-one system. I'm about to go live so will send a updated review. The tools are all here and the system seems to be streamlined and very clean and professional.

After a year with Housejet
After a year with Housejet, my experience was positive. Customer service helped get everything set up & there is online training on their system. I did not close a deal, but there are a few promising prospects in the pipeline that should convert soon!

Enjoyed all the videos
Enjoyed all the videos. I’m looking forward to seeing how successful the script will be. I do like the fact that you can set your calendar for when you are available for appointments. I do feel there is a lot of great information that may take some time to get used to. I do feel this can help my business. The videos were short enough to keep my focus and the information seemed to be on target with what I would be trying to achieve.
My concerns so far is I’m very skeptical of being able to get 8-10 leads a month as mentioned on the phone when I signed up for this. The zip code I am in is a very small community and my previous experience with a company did not achieve the number of leads they said it would. I’m also concerned about my time as I do have multiple jobs outside of real estate so there will be times where my availability is very limited.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for taking the time to engage with the training videos. We are glad to hear you found them concise, relevant, and easy to follow. Your observations about the calendar feature and the potential impact on your business are exactly what we aim for with HouseJet.
We understand your concerns about lead volume, particularly in a smaller market. Our lead estimates are based on historical performance in similar territories, but results can vary depending on market size, competition, and responsiveness. Our team actively monitors campaigns and makes adjustments to maximize opportunities within each ZIP code. We are also committed to working with you to align our strategies with your availability, so you can still capture and convert leads even with limited hours.
We value your trust and look forward to demonstrating that HouseJet can deliver measurable results for your business.
