I found most irritating to contact. Said customer service but only email no number so i take heed to not contact any further due to review below and enquiry email not going through while trying to send back my enquiry 5 times but to run a business without a contact number is incredible if spending a few hundred pounds makes me suspicious that this may not be a genuine business. Bad start!

DO NOT USE HOTELWAREUS. I cannot give 0 stars, but that's what they deserve. A scam website who seem to have no intention of delivering the ordered goods. They make excuses after excuses for why the parcel hasn't arrived yet (2 months later) and will not refund the money paid. It appears to be based in the UK, but emails and excuses seem to come from China and sometimes in Chinese. Avoid them and spend your money somewhere else.
