Stay Away
Shocking customer service. Was charged £547 for a job advert that was advertised twice by mistake. I pointed out the mistake that was a case of human error and we gained nothing by having a duplication job post. I further added that as a small company and start up we could not absorb substantial losses. Plus it wasn’t clear that they could access my PayPal account and take the funds immediately. After I pointed all this out I was offered a 50% refund. That’s still not fair as it’s clearly a mistake without benefits. They concluded that they were identical job posts running concurrently but still wanted the lions share of the ridiculous fee. Lacking transparency and any customer care. Perhaps a rebrand? Change LinkedIn to Lone Star, inspired by the reviews on here. Meanwhile. Avoid.
