Safe site to trust and sell games with.

I’ve used most of the major video game buyback sites over the last couple of years sending 200-400 games a month thru various competitors, and these guys are very professional with a solid system in place. My favorite feature, and what separates them from many similar businesses, is the ability to automatically review photos once an invoice is received if there are any games they had issues with. The only area I found a little confusing was the console buying process. Many competitors don’t require cords or controllers for the advertised full payout, so it wasn’t always clear what was required here. Some consoles mention that a power cord and controller are required, but there’s no mention of AV/HDMI cables, which could be clarified a little better. Overall, once you understand the console requirements, the process is very smooth. The game-selling side is especially well done and easily an A+. I’d highly recommend checking them out, even if you aren’t selling video games on a large scale.

Taylor, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, especially coming from someone who sells this many games and has used a lot of the other buyback sites. We really appreciate the feedback. You also made a good point about the console requirements, and that is something we are actively working to make clearer. For handheld systems, we definitely do not require power cords. For some home consoles, we prefer to receive a complete working system with the power cord so we can pay more for it. AV and HDMI cables are generally not required. If a power cord is missing, there should be an option for that on the console when you build your order. We may deduct a little for the missing cord, but in most cases our final price should still be higher than what many of our competitors pay. We like to spend less time with repairs since our qualified repair staff is limited in how much work they can take on at once. We're still refining the console side of the site and will be making it more user-friendly as we go. Feedback like this is extremely helpful because it shows us exactly where something that makes sense to us might not be as clear to the person actually using the site. Thanks again for giving us a shot and for trusting us with your games. We really appreciate it!
