Switched from Google Forms — no regrets
We were using Google Forms for hiring but it felt unprofessional and tracking applicants was a mess. Found HireFormly while looking for a Google Forms alternative for hiring and gave it a shot. The difference was immediate — branded application forms, organized candidate pipeline, and AI-powered resume screening built right in. Setup was straightforward even without any technical help. Highly recommend it to any startup or small business that's serious about hiring but doesn't want enterprise-level complexity or cost.
