Placed an order in June..
Placed an order in June... Mullein inhalers to offset the choking smoke coming out of Canada... supposed 30 day money-back guarantee and fast delivery. Finally got a tracking number... got to customs in Chicago on July 1st... supposedly warehouse by the 10th, and disappeared. No more tracking, nothing. During all this I have contacted them 6 times, the last few requesting a REFUND... ignored or sent boilerplate reply that my message was received. Called Customer Service to waste 15 minutes, finally requested a call-back... nothing... it's now been 7 weeks, no prod & no refund. Turning it over to my CC as CC FRAUD to see if that works... Ccard is "looking into it" and after another refund request the seller now claims the item was delivered but it never arrived. Might finally quit shopping online except through "known good" retailers. 8/17/26
