fake company sending out scam email invoices

Ditto Mr Underwood, "Palm protection good but useless around thumb and back of hands" For the price I paid for their thorn armour gloves they should give all round protection. I messaged the company...could they be bothered to reply? More like, who cares 'coz baby we got ya money'

Bought Thorn Armour gloves hoping for some good quality protective gardening gloves. Palm protection good but useless around thumb and back of hands, repeated thorn punctures means I cannot use these. I will be asking for a refund.
